What is a Bambaw Digital Gift Card?
The Bambaw Digital Gift Card is a 100% digital voucher that allows the recipient to choose any product from our full range of eco-friendly swaps. It's delivered instantly by email - no plastic card, no packaging, no shipping waste.
What amounts are available?
Our Bambaw Digital Gift Card is available in the following denominations: €25 EUR for a small treat or starter product, €50 EUR for a standard eco-friendly swap, €75 EUR for a premium product or bundle, and €100 EUR as the ultimate gift for the eco-conscious loved one.
All amounts are in Euros (€). The gift card is valid exclusively on the Bambaw website.
How long is the gift card valid for?
The Bambaw Digital Gift Card is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. After this period, the unused balance will expire and cannot be renewed or refunded.
How do I send a digital gift card?
After purchasing, you'll receive an email with your gift card code. You can then forward this email to your recipient or copy the code and send it via your preferred method (message, handwritten note, etc.). The code is all they need to redeem their gift.
We recommend sending the code directly to the recipient or printing it out for a physical touch, no plastic required.
How does the recipient redeem the gift card?
Redeeming a Bambaw Digital Gift Card is simple:
- 1. Browse our website and add desired products to the cart
- 2. Proceed to checkout
- 3. Enter the gift card code in the discount/gift card field
- 4. The gift card amount will be deducted from the total order value
If the order total exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance can be paid with a standard payment method. Any unused balance stays on the gift card for future purchases (within the validity period).
Can I use the gift card for multiple purchases?
Yes. If you don't spend the full amount in one go, the remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used for future purchases, as long as it's within the one-year validity period.
Can I return a gift card or get a refund?
No. Gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes both the initial purchase of the gift card and any products bought using a gift card.
If a product purchased with a gift card is defective, the standard warranty policy applies. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Can I use the gift card during a sale or promotion?
Yes. The Bambaw Digital Gift Card can be used on any product, including items already on sale. The gift card amount is applied to the final discounted price at checkout.
