All Bambaw products are packed plastic-free, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. While we strive for error-free delivery through our logistics partners, occasional mishaps may happen. To ensure a plastic-free experience, we encourage you to shop through our trusted online and offline retailers. If your favorite zero-waste store doesn’t carry our products, please contact us, and we will reach out to them directly to make sure you can find what you need.
European Deliveries
Enjoy free delivery on orders over a specified amount—details can be found in the announcement bar of our website. Delivery costs depend on your destination and the weight of your order, with exact shipping fees displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands: 2-4 business days
- United Kingdom and the rest of Europe: 4-7 business days

Returns Policy
Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy is valid for 14 days. Please note that after this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging
Unfortunately, items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or missing parts (unless due to our error) cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items Include:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Delayed or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at info@bambaw.com.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be sent once we receive the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and inform them of the return.
