Will a new stainless steel water bottle have a metallic aftertaste?
A new stainless steel bottle may have a slight aftertaste at first, which is normal with food-grade steel products. A thorough wash before first use usually removes it quickly.

What size stainless steel bottle fits in a car cup holder?
The 500ml and 750ml stainless steel water bottle sizes fit most EU and US car cup holders thanks to their slim 7.3cm width.
The 1000ml large bottle is wider at 8.2cm and may not fit all cup holders.
What type of paint is used on Bambaw's stainless steel water bottles?
Coloured Bambaw stainless steel bottles use a durable PPG powder coating. This finish is chip-resistant, very low in VOC emissions and designed for long-term daily use.
How do you clean a powder-coated water bottle without ruining the finish?
Bambaw stainless steel bottles come in two finishes:
- Natural steel (uncoated)
- Colour-coated (powder-coated)
Natural steel bottles can safely go in the dishwasher without the lid.
For colour-coated bottles, hand-washing with warm water and a soft bottle brush helps preserve the powder-coating finish over time.
The bamboo lid should always be washed by hand.

Does a Bambaw water bottle release microplastic into water?
No. Bambaw water bottles contain no plastic liners, coatings or plastic parts touching your drink. Your drink only comes into contact with stainless steel.
Is a single wall better than a double wall water bottle?
It depends on your routine:

Can you microwave the lunch box?
No — stainless steel lunch boxes cannot be used in the microwave. However, you can safely heat or cook food in the oven or on a campfire.
